Should tell you in the owners manual right next to reason number 732 why not to buy a BMW.
My biggest suggestion would be not try and change the oil by yourself. You really need to take the BMW's in to a dealership for anything. Also if you are chaning the oil please make sure to use PREMIUM BMW's DO NOT take the cheap stuff....
