Are metal washers better than plastic washers for oil drain plugs?

Which one lasts more longer?Are metal washers better than plastic washers for oil drain plugs?
It depends who does your oil changes you are jiffy lube if you do it then metal if jiffy lube does it no washer,Are metal washers better than plastic washers for oil drain plugs?
I never much cared for the copper or plastic ones myself. I prefer the fiber ones, as they are better able to mold themselves to seal any imperfections. They don't last as long, but they do the job they're supposed to do, better than the others. Rubber ones work pretty good too, but they pretty much only last one time around. I have used an O-ring in a pinch though.
