82 honda atc: 2 drain plugs. one is for oil but what is the other one for?

also how do you fill the second one?82 honda atc: 2 drain plugs. one is for oil but what is the other one for?
Not knowing what '82 Honda ATC you have,,I can only guess.

If it happened to be a 110cc or a 70cc,,,

I'd guess that it wasn't a drain plug at all,,,

but rather a Plug for the Cam Chain tensioner which LOOKS a lot like a Drain Plug.

On those particular engines the thing is positioned on far left of crankcase,,just behind crankshaft centerline.

And it screws in at an angle.82 honda atc: 2 drain plugs. one is for oil but what is the other one for?
chances are the second drain plug is also for oil, the inside of the case is baffled, you pull both plugs to drain all the oil and only fill the crank case with the filler hole, there isn't a special filler, hope this helps :)
it could be for gearbox oil or your water for your radiator
I already answered this question. Why are you asking it again?

The only place on that machine to add fluid, is the dipstick hole - 4 stroke motor oil.

No other type of fluid is needed on that machine and there is no place to add any!

(unless you consider air a fluid - that goes in the tires LOL)

The round plug with the slot in it, that is pointing forward, is just an inspection hole.

Don't put anything in that hole - it should be completely dry.
