Use vice grips. Grasp the head, turn counterclockwise as you pull out. Use BIG vise grips, very tightly applied, and pull hard. There are auto threading replacement plugs you can buy.Oil pan drain plug cross threaded?
What the first guy said.

You may need a new oil pan once you finally get the plug out because the hole will have new grooves which oil will be able to leak out from. Should maybe cost you no more than $100 for a new pan...installed yourself.
Try grabbing hold of it with set of vise grip pliers. Pull out on the plug at the same time you unscrew it.
