It will be a 13mm drain plug on the right side of the oil pan, just in front of the oil filter (FL-1A from Ford). I strongly recommend putting a piece of cardboard in front of the frame, if you drain it with the engine at operating temperature, failing which, oil will deflect off the frame and splash all over the place making a huge mess. With a piece of cardboard held against the frame, you can deflect the oil splatter into the drain bucket where it belongs. Hope this helps.'99 Explorer V6 SOHC, cannot find oil drain plug?
