If you mean the hydraulic oil, realize that one of the sides of the bobcat is the actual oil tank. The drain-plug is, if I remember right (it's been a few years) to the lower rear of the bobcat. Stand on the left side of the bobcat, and look to the lower right for a plug.
If you mean the engine oil, then it's probably under the engine, I would guess.
Note: You can go to a bobcat dealer and order a repair manual. That's probably the best idea.
